Unit

Scope
Excludes VAT, third-party licences and subscriptions, and client-side content or data preparation. Maintenance is stated separately.
Published versus derived
Seven bands come from published UAE market figures. Five — internal tools, integrations, dashboards, e-commerce and SaaS — have no published equivalent and are derived from the agency hourly range. Every page states which it is showing.
Known limitation
Most published UAE cost figures are authored by agencies, ourselves included, and agencies have an interest in the numbers they publish. Where sources conflicted we favoured the wider range rather than the flattering one, and we say so here rather than silently averaging.
